I offer a range of yoga classes around Surrey, currently in Dorking, Cranleigh and Godalming. I have a specialism in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, with a passion for women's health through antenatal and postpartum care.

If you are a new mama, or mama-to-be, come along to one of our open and friendly group classes to rebuild your core strength and fitness, pre- or post-baby.

Pregnancy yoga
Focuses on gentle stretching whilst maintaining overall and core strength, to assist in an active and healthy birth, whatever your chosen path for birthing your baby.

I currently offer weekly pregnancy yoga classes in Dorking, located at 261 Dorking High Street. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks onwards, right through to the end of your pregnancy (health permitting).

Postnatal yoga
Open to all (including the little ones!), with a focus on regaining strength post-baby. Whether you practiced yoga before the birth and wish to continue in a baby-friendly environment, or are new to yoga practice but want to indulge in a little bit of 'me' time, we welcome each and every one of you. It's also a great place to meet like-minded new mamas.

I currently offer weekly postnatal yoga classes in Godalming at the Wilfrid Noyce Community Centre. Classes are suitable for mamas who have had their six-week check by their doctor, or at around 12 weeks if recovering from a c-section.

Private sessions
I do offer 1:2:1 or small group yoga sessions, with flexibility to travel to students' homes or designated venues. Please get in touch to discuss setting up an initial meet-up.

Antenatal courses
In addition to yoga, I am a FEDANT accredited antenatal teacher and work with Mummas & Beans across East Surrey, currently running a range of antenatal classes for parents-to-be in Dorking. Expectant parents in Dorking, Leatherhead, Reigate, Epsom and surrounding villages: contact me for more information about which classes would be most appropriate for you.

Please ensure that you have had your six week postnatal check by your GP. I will send a short questionnaire to all students before their first class, to make me aware of any health concerns or underlying niggles - which will remain in complete confidence, of course.
