I offer a range of yoga classes and have recently opened a wellness centre in Godalming, Surrey (Well & Good). I have a specialism in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, with a passion for women's health through antenatal and postpartum care.

If you are a new mama, or mama-to-be, come along to one of our open and friendly group classes to rebuild your core strength and fitness, pre- or post-baby.

Pregnancy yoga
Focuses on gentle stretching whilst maintaining overall and core strength, to assist in an active and healthy birth, whatever your chosen path for birthing your baby.

Postnatal yoga
Open to all (including the little ones!), with a focus on regaining strength post-baby. Whether you practiced yoga before the birth and wish to continue in a baby-friendly environment, or are new to yoga practice but want to indulge in a little bit of 'me' time, we welcome each and every one of you. It's also a great place to meet like-minded new mamas.

Private sessions
I do offer 1:2:1 or small group yoga sessions, with flexibility to travel to students' homes or designated venues. Please get in touch to discuss setting up an initial meet-up.

Antenatal courses
In addition to yoga, I am a fully qualified hypnobirthing instructor. I trained with KG Hypnobirthing and currently offer group and private courses in and around Godalming and the wider Surrey area.
